Recovery, Race and Relax
Things are starting to feel good again. The mileage is getting back up there (100+), so I just need to hold it there for, oh, about 4 more years and I should be good for some fast times. Right now, I'm just running mileage, without any major workouts. I may start doing a few quicker stuff as well as some long tempo stuff before USA Outdoors in June. Which I am desperately hoping to get into since I only have the "B" standard for the 10,000m. After that race I shall race another 10k, but this time on the roads at the USA road 10k championships in Hotlanta.... Peachtree 10k in Atlanta. Then its off to Chicago for a half marathon.
